A bespoke operations platform built around a custom multi-agent AI system. Ten specialized agents, organized into front office and back office divisions, handle everything from email triage and lead research to site auditing and financial review. The command center visualizes agent activity in real time with live workflow traces and a human-in-the-loop approval gate before any agent output is acted on. The system runs across a distributed infrastructure with dedicated compute nodes for orchestration, heavy inference, and IoT.
Challenge
Making a complex multi-agent AI system controllable by a human operator. Ten agents running automated workflows across email, sales, auditing, and content review needed a single interface that shows what's happening, what needs approval, and what's queued, without overwhelming the user or hiding critical decisions.
Approach
Designed the dashboard as a control plane rather than a traditional admin panel. Each agent has a defined role and visual identity. Workflow pipelines (email triage, site audits, QA review, vision analysis) are visualized as animated connection traces between agents. A central approval gate ensures human oversight on outputs like email replies and financial documents. Infrastructure monitoring tracks node health across the mesh.
