IoT Water Management Platform

Designed and built the central management platform for a sensor-based water monitoring company. The platform serves major utility clients including DEWA (Dubai), water services in Rotterdam, and utilities in Turkey. The work covered analytics dashboards, device management interfaces, real-time data visualization, and network monitoring tools. Led the design team, managed deployment operations, and handled Middle East client relations.
Challenge
Making complex IoT sensor data accessible to non-technical utility operators while maintaining the depth needed for technical teams. The platform needed to scale from individual meter views to network-wide analytics across multiple countries.
Approach
User research with utility operators to understand actual workflows. Iterative design with rapid prototyping, followed by component-based frontend development. Bilingual interface for Middle East market expansion.
