Damascus International Arbitration Week

A multi-track legal conference needed a public site and the machinery behind it: delegates registering under different roles, speakers submitting abstracts for review, sponsors selecting tiers, and organisers administering all of it bilingually with full right-to-left support. The event got its own identity on top of mechanics that were already proven, rather than rebuilding registration and review from scratch.
Challenge
A professional audience, an unforgiving date, and an organising committee that needed to run registration and review themselves once we handed over.
Approach
Configuration over customisation: roles, form fields, tiers and agenda structure are all declared rather than coded, so the committee can change them without us. Bilingual and RTL throughout.
