Arabian Group Ecosystem
AGE Nakhla / 2026
Arabian Group for Exhibitions and Conferences, based in Saudi Arabia, was running a portfolio of international trade events on systems that didn't talk to each other. We replaced that with one infrastructure: a bilingual corporate hub, a shared platform each event brands and configures for itself, an offline-capable mobile app for visitors, exhibitors and staff, and an ERP integration so registrations, exhibitor records and finance stopped living in separate places. We also built the internal technology department that now runs it: defining the roles, hiring the developers and project managers, setting the engineering standards and delivery process, and holding technical leadership while the permanent lead takes it over.
Challenge
Several events, two languages and three distinct audiences, all live at once, each event needing its own identity while the organisation needed a single system to administer.
Approach
One modular platform instead of repeated builds: a shared component library the events draw from, role-based interfaces that change what a visitor, exhibitor or staff member sees, offline-first mobile so venue Wi-Fi isn't a dependency, and right-to-left designed in from the start rather than bolted on.
